Trusted Providers
The providers listed here are practitioners I trust and refer to when my someone needs support I can't offer — whether that means a different therapeutic approach, a different kind of body-based care, or simply because I'm full and someone deserves not to wait. Each has been selected based on personal familiarity, shared values, and clinical reputation. Good care is rarely one person's work, and I take referrals seriously. This list continues to grow as I develop relationships with practitioners whose work I can genuinely recommend.
When The Body Needs Care
The mind and body interact in complex ways. Physical conditions can have emotional and mental impacts, and emotional and mental distress can manifest in physical ways. Trauma, in particular, can often be accompanied by chronic pain as well as a host of other physiological symptoms and/or co-morbid conditions. At times, it becomes important to treat both mind and body collaboratively. When that's the case, these are providers I trust to offer excellent and trauma-informed care.

Other Therapists I trust
My top priority with anyone who inquires about treatment with me is to make sure they're getting the kind of treatment with the kind of provider best suited to them. Sometimes, that's me, and I'm delighted when it is. Other times, a different approach or different personality might make more sense. Below are other therapists I trust and refer to when it feels warranted.
